SkinFix sells hydrocolloid acne patches and skin tag removal patches ("Products"). We make every effort to display our Products accurately, including descriptions, images, and pricing.

• Our Products are cosmetic/over-the-counter items and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

• Results may vary. Individual results depend on skin type, severity of condition, and proper use.

• We reserve the right to modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any Product at any time without notice.

• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.

By placing an order, you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age.

• You are authorized to use the payment method provided.

• The information you provide is accurate and complete.

**Order acceptance:** Receipt of an order confirmation does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order for any reason, including pricing errors, suspected fraud, or product unavailability. If we cancel your order, you will receive a full refund.

**Pricing:** All prices are in US Dollars (USD). Prices are subject to change without notice. Sales tax will be applied where required by law.

**Payment processing:** Payments are processed securely through Shopify Payments. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.

**Free shipping:** We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the contiguous United States. No minimum purchase required.

**Processing time:** Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays).

Delivery estimates:

• Standard shipping: 5–7 business days

• Expedited shipping: 2–3 business days (additional fee applies)

• Express shipping: 1–2 business days (additional fee applies)

**International shipping:** We currently ship only within the United States. International shipping is not available at this time.

**Shipping address:** We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. Please verify your shipping address before completing your order.

**30-Day Money Back Guarantee:** We stand behind our Products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, you may return your purchase within 30 days of the delivery date for a full refund of the purchase price.

How to initiate a return:

1. Contact us at support@skinfix.com with your order number and reason for return.

2. We will provide a prepaid return shipping label within 2 business days.

3. Ship the product back (opened or unopened).

4. Refund will be processed within 5–7 business days of receiving the return.

**Refund method:** Refunds are issued to the original payment method. Processing time may vary by bank (typically 3–10 business days).

**Exceptions:** We cannot accept returns of Products that have been damaged due to misuse or Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers.

All content on the SkinFix website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of SkinFix LLC and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our prior written consent. The SkinFix name, logo, and all related product names are trademarks of SkinFix LLC.

OUR PRODUCTS AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKINFIX DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

• Warranties that our website will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

• Warranties regarding the accuracy or completeness of any content on our website.

Our Products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Consult a licensed dermatologist or healthcare provider before using our Products if you have a skin condition or are pregnant.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SKINFIX LLC AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AND AGENTS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM:

• Your use of or inability to use our Products or website.

• Any errors or omissions in our website content.

• Unauthorized access to or alteration of your data.

• Any other matter relating to our Products or services.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PRODUCT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.

**Informal resolution:** Before filing a formal dispute, you agree to contact us at legal@skinfix.com to attempt to resolve the issue informally. We will try to resolve the dispute within 30 days.

**Arbitration:** If informal resolution fails, any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of our Products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Consumer Arbitration Rules. Arbitration shall take place in Los Angeles County, California.

**Class action waiver:** You agree to resolve disputes with SkinFix on an individual basis and waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

You agree not to use our website or Products for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could harm SkinFix or other users. Prohibited activities include:

• Violating any applicable federal, state, or local laws or regulations.

• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data.

• Transmitting spam, malware, or other harmful content.

• Impersonating SkinFix or any other person or entity.

• Reselling our Products without written authorization.

• Making false or misleading claims about our Products.
