Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding federal US holidays.
You will receive an order confirmation email immediately after placing your order, and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Orders placed after 2:00 PM PST may be processed the following business day. During peak periods (holidays, promotions), processing may take up to 3 business days.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 US states and US territories, including:
• Contiguous United States (free standard shipping)
• Alaska and Hawaii (free standard shipping)
• Puerto Rico, Guam, US Virgin Islands (free standard shipping)
We do not currently offer international shipping outside of the United States. We are working to expand our shipping destinations — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping becomes available.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing:
• Your tracking number
• A direct link to track your package
• Estimated delivery date
You can also track your order at any time by contacting our support team at support@skinfix.com with your order number.
Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your shipping confirmation.
Delivery Issues
**Lost packages:** If your tracking shows "delivered" but you have not received your package, please:
1. Check with neighbors and building management.
2. Wait 24 hours — packages are sometimes marked delivered before arrival.
3. Contact us at support@skinfix.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date.
**Damaged packages:** If your order arrives damaged, please take photos of the packaging and product and contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will send a replacement at no charge.
**Wrong address:** We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error in your shipping address, contact us immediately at support@skinfix.com — we can update the address if the order has not yet shipped.

We are confident in the quality of our products. If you are not completely satisfied for any reason, we offer a full refund within 30 days of your delivery date — no questions asked.
Our guarantee covers:
• Products that did not meet your expectations
• Products that caused skin irritation or adverse reactions
• Products that arrived damaged or defective
• Any other reason — we want you to be happy
The 30-day period begins on the date your order is delivered, as confirmed by the carrier's tracking information.
How to Return
Returning your order is simple and completely free:
**Step 1 — Contact us:** Email support@skinfix.com with your order number and the reason for your return. You do not need to explain in detail — a simple "not satisfied" is sufficient.
**Step 2 — Receive your label:** We will email you a prepaid return shipping label within 1–2 business days.
**Step 3 — Ship it back:** Pack the product (opened or unopened) and drop it off at any USPS location. No need to purchase packaging — any box or envelope will do.
**Step 4 — Get your refund:** Once we receive your return, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when the refund is issued.
We accept returns of both opened and unopened products within the 30-day window.
Refunds
**Refund amount:** You will receive a full refund of the purchase price paid, including any applicable taxes. Original shipping charges (if any) are also refunded.
**Refund method:** Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout:
• Credit/debit cards: 3–10 business days (depending on your bank)
• PayPal: 3–5 business days
• Apple Pay / Google Pay: 3–5 business days
**Partial refunds:** In cases where only part of an order is returned, a partial refund will be issued for the returned items only.
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please contact your bank or card issuer first. If the issue persists, contact us at support@skinfix.com.
Exchanges
We do not process direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or pack size, please:
1. Return your original order using the process above to receive a full refund.
2. Place a new order for the desired product.
This ensures the fastest processing time and allows you to take advantage of any current promotions on your new order.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:
• Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers (Amazon, eBay, etc.) — please contact the seller directly.
• Products that have been intentionally damaged or misused.
• Gift cards.
